Our Vision

Build something beautiful to heal the world.

Our Purpose: Heal the world

We believe that everyone is placed upon this earth for a reason and we believe that reason is God-given. We believe that every person has a unique responsibility to God and to themselves to find and fulfill their mission; to live up to “the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” (see Philippians 3:7-16). At GoodLooking, we believe that we and the clients we serve are God's hands to bring healing to the world. Helping people who help other people is our mission, our focus and our calling.

That’s why our team philosophy is simple: beautiful people build beautiful things.

Our Foundation: Faith

We believe that God has demanded that we all live free; if at all possible, we should not be slaves to anyone, especially slaves of our own making. Many people rely upon their "jobs" for a paycheck, treating their work simply as an obstacle to their life's goal. We consider that form of work self-imposed slavery. We want work to be freedom. We look for people whose life goal is the same as ours - to build something beautiful to heal the world. We seek people (employees and clients) who understand that they can be the very hands of God that bring healing to the world.

For this reason, we treat every employee as a partner and give them the freedom to build beautiful products while building a beautiful life.

Our Focus: Exceptionalism

To fulfill our extraordinary mission, we need extraordinary people. We need people who are passionate and intelligent. We don’t seek “well-rounded” or “good” people. We want people who are exceptional, even if they have only one very specific skill. Then, we turn them loose and let them excel in their area of expertise.

Our Finances: Profitable

We are highly profitable because we intelligently use the resources entrusted to us. By providing exceptional value, we save our clients a lot of money, we make them more profitable, and we are more profitable in return. We are successful because we treat each customer like a valued partner - we all share in each other’s success.

We plan our finances with a predilection toward high growth. We set aggressive growth targets because:

  1. We believe in the value of our products and services.

  2. We believe our clients will be better equipped to build something beautiful to heal the world once they start using our products and services.

  3. And - you only live once, you might as well go big!

Our Culture: Prolific

The culture at GoodLooking is best described as prolific. Accomplishments are a constant. Activity is energetic, but also purposeful. Everyone knows they are part of something special and their actions and attitudes reflect that understanding.

Most employees work about seven hours a day, five days a week. Many travel consistently, speaking and helping at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars. We limit work hours to under fifty (usually under 38) per week so that everyone has plenty of time to enrich themselves, their families and their faith.

The philosophy of the company is that every process should be strategic and well-documented. This way, it is easy to train new staff on the process and allow others time off without hurting the productivity of the company.

Although we don’t trumpet this fact, it is obvious to anyone who knows us that the company has a Christian mission and is guided by Judeo-Christian ethics.

Meals always begin with a prayer because we want to remain humble and cognizant of the fact that every good thing in our lives is a gift provided by God and the hard work of the people who came before us.

Since the company believes that God created all life, all employees and clients, regardless of their religious views, are treated with equal dignity and respect.

Since the company believes that God created all life, we constantly seek the higher purposes of life. We don’t obsess over wealth or publicity. We obsess over beauty.

The company works like a team, but cares for each other like a family. When tragedy strikes or success occurs, the group rallies around in support or celebration. We drink, we cuss, we live.

Although we love each other like family, make no mistake - this is a team. We compete to win. We don’t need all-stars, we need championships.

Because of that, employees feel confident that they can share ideas for improvement with anyone here and be listened to and be rewarded for their contributions. Employees are rewarded based upon their contributions, not based on seniority or politics.

Speaking of which, we don’t do politics. Well, we don’t do internal politics. We do help visionary political leaders reach their target audience.

We do transparency. All of our job positions, pay scales, and job requirements are available for anyone at the company to see.

We also do beauty. Body, soul, mind. We want to be beautiful, we want to build beautifully. You only live once, you might as well make it the most beautiful life possible. That means taking care of spiritual needs first, family second, health third, others fourth, and work fifth.

Our Brand: Beautiful

The GoodLooking brand is valuable because it represents beauty.

We do not allow anyone to tarnish our reputation with dishonesty, greed, laziness, or incompetence. Our marketing must live up to this one standard:

Keep GoodLooking beautiful.

CONVERSATION

The company is open about its vision, its strategy and its tactics. Everyone on the team is a part of the mission and is given the tools necessary to work to their fullest potential. Employees are often given assignments bigger than their roles so that they can grow. To do this, the company insists upon consistent, strategic communication. The meetings held by the company should always be valuable, since they are strategically planned and properly moderated. No one at the company should feel like they are uninitiated or uninformed.

CLOTHING

We value looking good, which means we take care of our appearance, our bodies, our minds, and our emotions. That is reflected in the way we present ourselves.

CONNECTION

We understand that life is unfulfilling without deep personal connections. We seek to meet, engage, and work with other prolific, intelligent, compassionate people.

Our Clients: Everything

SELECTING CLIENTS

We work with quality clients who operate with intelligence and integrity. Since we partner with them, we take their commitment to quality and integrity seriously.

SERVING CLIENTS

Since excellence is at the heart of our mission, customer service at GoodLooking is fanatical. Customers should constantly brag about how great our support is. No, we take that back, they should talk about how great our friendship is. We don’t do customer support, we love our clients, and love requires us to do whatever is best for them - always.

Our Operations: Efficient

A quality company requires quality systems. GoodLooking is known for its innovative, user-focused systems. There is a system for everything.

The company religiously tracks every communication with prospects, recruits, customers, and vendors so that the next communication with that contact is the best it can be.

Protocols are planned and automated to such a high extent that bugs and defects are virtually unheard of.

Leaders have instant access to every metric they need to evaluate the company's performance.

Our Legacy: Eternal

“Well done, you good and faithful servant.” That’s what we want our legacy to be.
